Is a deposit required?

Yes, a $100 non refundable deposit is required. If a situation arises before your party , please reach out to us and we would be happy to reschedule your party or apply your deposit towards an open jump pass or a semi private party. The balance is due on the day of your party.

How many guests can I invite?

For the small party , you may have up to 25 guests total ( kids plus adults) $10/person over 25 guests. For the large party you may have up to 55 guests attend. $10/person over 55

What time should my guest and I arrive at the party?

As the host, you may arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of your party to get set up and be ready for your guests. We ask that guests arrive at invited time of your scheduled party. Please try not to arrive earlier than that, as we will still might be getting ready for your arrival.

Do I need to stay at the party?

The party host is required to stay at the party, other adults are also welcome to stay and join in on the fun. Guests may drop off their children if the host is ok with that.

Is each guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver?

For insurance purposes, all guest must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent/guardian.

Are socks required?

Socks are required at all times, for guest safety and enjoyment, socks are required to play on ALL the inflatables as well as being in the play area on the mats.

Can I bring my own food to my party?

If you have BOOKED a party you may bring in cake, cupcakes, ice cream and drinks at no additional cost. Any additional food ( pizza , sandwiches , chips , fruit tray , etc…) we do charge a $1/person food service charge, this covers the extra utensils , plates , clean up, etcetera.

Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?

If you bring a cake, please bring candles, and a lighter or matches. If you happen to forget we have candles and a lighter to use. For your convenience, socks available for purchase.

What if I need to reschedule my party?

Call us as soon as you know you need to cancel/reschedule your party. We will try and accommodate you as best we can depending on our schedule. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE (SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS).
